Purchasing Process

Any time a student is looking to purchase an item or membership, they are to reach out to the  Athletic staff with the item or purchasing need. If this is not covered by their approved WCSA budget, they are to notify the  Athletic staff the funds should come out of their fundraising account. Any items looking to be purchased must have a link or some form of identification to find the item. If needed, a time to meet can be arranged via email.
