Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
We must make sure that, from here on, our OWU strategic plan centers on inclusivity. Only then will we be able to offer our 21st-century students the critical and creative-thinking tools to speak out and act against the unceasing colonization culture that still prevails in our country and in the world. OWU members must welcome and devote themselves to diversity and unite to stop the institutionalized violence that our Black communities and other marginalized groups daily suffer.
