Increasingly, employers require that applicants provide a digital copy of their diploma in addition to their official, degree-posted transcript. Providing a digital diploma is of tremendous value to our graduates to help launch their post-graduate pursuits.
Ohio Wesleyan University provides graduates with both a print diploma (issued by mail) as well as a digital version of your diploma which will make it easy to share your accomplishments with family, friends, and potential employers.

Note: During the Commencement Ceremony, graduating seniors will receive their commemorative Ohio Wesleyan University diploma cover as they cross the stage. At a later date, diplomas in printed and digital format will be sent to the graduates' home address on file. The practice of sending diplomas after graduation is the most common for colleges and universities nationally since it allows for the greatest accuracy related to graduation requirements as well as more flexibility for students to receive the diploma two ways. OWU's Office of the Registrar works closely with each graduate to ensure this diploma delivery process runs smoothly.
If you are a Summer graduate, please note that digital and print diplomas for June, July, and August graduates will be issued monthly as degrees are conferred.
