Application Process

Applications for Spring 2026 Travel-Learning Courses open on September 1, 2025. You'll find a link to each course's application within its description on the Spring 2026 website. The deadline to apply is October 1, 2025.

We'll notify you of your application status by the end of October, before spring registration begins. If you're accepted into a course, you will have a couple of weeks to accept & confirm your spot. Please read your acceptance email for specific instructions.
