This unique TPG brought together four First-Gen students and two First-Gen staff/faculty to explore social mobility in international comparison. Through travel to two countries (Denmark and Germany) with some of the highest social mobility rates in the world, we examined class, race, and factors that affect social mobility, as well as the experiences of First-Gen students that climb the class hierarchy.
