A Smooth Transition

At Ohio Wesleyan, we make the transfer process as seamless as possible, both academically and socially. As a prospective student, you will work closely with a member of the Admission Team to feel prepared and confident before you arrive on campus. As an OWU student, the support continues with the OWU Connection, Career Connection, and our Sagan Academic Resource Center to help you find and follow your passions.

Apply to Ohio Wesleyan University using either the Transfer Common Application or the OWU Online Application. Required Materials include:
• Application
• College Transcript(s) from each school attended
• High school transcript

GPA requirements

You must have a least a 2.5 GPA to be accepted to the university when you apply to transfer. Scholarship opportunities are available for students who have a 3.0 or higher.

As a transfer student, you are guaranteed student housing. Students have a range of housing options, from residence halls to houses (small living units) to apartments. In order to live off-campus you must live within the Delaware City limits.
