Tickets for the Ohio Wesleyan symposium are available for purchase now from Eventbrite at https://bit.ly/MelvinVanPeebles. Ticket prices are:
- General admission – $115 per person.
- Ohio Wesleyan alumni, faculty and staff, and all non-OWU graduate and undergraduate students – $95 per person.
- Current Ohio Wesleyan students – $25 per person. (OWU students volunteering to work at the symposium will be admitted free.)
- VIP meet-and-greet with Jasmine Guy – $50 per person, available only with symposium ticket purchase. (This hourlong reception will precede the closing banquet. Limited VIP tickets are available.)
- Virtual attendance – $25 (This ticket includes live streaming of four events.)
- Virtual attendees have the opportunity to live stream:
- Wil Haygood, keynote address
- Marshall Shorts, roundtable discussion
- Dr. Simone Drake and Wil Haygood, film discussion
- Jasmine Guy, closing keynote address
- The events will not be archived for on-demand viewing. Live link details will be sent during the week of the event to the email address provided for Eventbrite ticket purchase.
- Discounts are available for nonprofit community groups and schools interested in purchasing multiple tickets for the symposium. Please contact the event organizers at mvpsymposium@owu.edu to discuss your group's specific needs.
