Billing and Travel Costs

The charge for your course's travel will be added to your Spring 2026 tuition bill. If registration in a Travel-Learning Course results in a course overload for the semester, then the student may also be charged an overload fee. You can use Ohio Wesleyan University's (OWU) payment plan for the spring semester; find more details and enrollment information on the Student Accounts payment plan site.

The course fee covers almost all travel expenses, including airfare and ground transportation, accommodations, most meals, and entrance fees. The fee is for travel only, not for the course itself.

Please plan to budget for personal expenses such as souvenirs, extra food, and checked baggage fees. Vaccinations are not covered.
