Join Professor Chris Fink and OWU student alumni as they share insights from their immersive summer study abroad experience in historic Perugia, Italy. Through English-taught coursework that directly fulfills OWU degree requirements, students explore critical themes in sustainable agriculture, community health, and the cultural traditions of the Mediterranean diet. Panelists will discuss how learning extends beyond traditional lectures through field site visits, engagement with local producers, and hands-on explorations of regional food systems. Next program offered in Summer 2027.
