Reach out to us at registrar@owu.edu, call 740-368-3200, or stop by during office hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–noon and 1–5 p.m. The Office of the Registrar is located on the lower level of University Hall (room 007) across from Office of Human Resources / Student Employment. (There is also a secure dropbox just outside our office if you need to drop something off outside of normal operating hours.)
Enrollment or Degree Verification
- Immediate verifications available 24/7 through National Student Clearinghouse.
Degree Audit
- Stay on track with your academic goals—review your Degree Audit with your Faculty Advisor each semester.
Transfer Credit
- Planning to take courses elsewhere to transfer into your OWU degree? Complete the Application for Transfer Credit (PDF).
- You can also receive credit for successfully completing Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate, and Cambridge Advanced Levels examinations.
Upcoming Important Dates
- August 20, 2026 – Opening Convocation Ceremony
- August 26, 2026 – Full Semester and First Module Courses Begin
- September 3, 2026 – Last Day to Add/Drop Full Semester and First Module Courses
- September 4, 2026 – Temporary Incomplete Coursework Due (Spring/Summer 2026 Incompletes)
- September 18, 2026 – Temporary Incomplete Final Grades Due (Spring/Summer 2026 Incompletes)
