Theory-to-Practice Grants from Argentina and The Czech Republic!

Argentina: Spending a week in Buenos Aires allowed us to observe the ways in which the past continues to affect the present, including the current political climate, economy, cultural productions, and the ongoing struggle by human rights organizations to maintain and manage the various memorial sites dedicated to remembering the horrific events of the past.

Czech Republic: This unique TPG brings together 4 first-gen (FG) students and 2 FG staff/faculty to explore first-gen student experiences, working-class culture, and class identity in comparative perspective in an intensive mentoring experience.
