9:00 - 10:15 a.m. | Check-In & Resource Fair
Start your day by checking in, then stop by the Resource Fair to meet the friendly faces behind OWU's many campus resources. Whether you have questions or just want to explore what's available, this is a great place to begin your journey. We encourage you to arrive with plenty of time before the Welcome session so you can make the most of this opportunity to connect with campus representatives.

As you walk through our academic spaces, you'll hear firsthand what it's like to learn, connect, and grow as a Battling Bishop. Starting your Academic Journey: Now that your fall schedule is available (released July 9), take the next step in understanding your academic journey. Learn how your courses fit into OWU's graduation requirements, support your four-year plan, and set you up for success from your very first semester. Chappelear Drama Center, Main Stage
Student Accounts and Financial Aid: Take the mystery out of paying for college. We'll walk you through your student bill, payment plan options, and financial aid so you know what to expect and where to turn with questions. Merrick Hall, Room 301

Enjoy lunch with your future classmates and start building your OWU community. This relaxed, student-only lunch is a great opportunity to share experiences, and make connections before the semester begins. Hamilton-Williams Campus Center, Marketplace
Parent/Family/Supporter Lunch
While your student is connecting with classmates, join fellow parents and supporters for lunch and a conversation with our Vice President for Student Engagement and Success. Learn how OWU supports students both inside and outside the classroom, hear what to expect during the transition to college, and get your questions answered. 2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. | Choose Your Own Adventure: Do Any or All of the following things!

Residence Hall Open House: Get a closer look at the place you'll soon call home! Tour your assigned residence hall, step inside a sample room, and explore the building's amenities. Staff will be waiting in the lobbies of Smith and Welch Halls to welcome you and answer questions.
Walk Your Schedule: Start getting comfortable with your new campus! Take a self-guided walk to find your classrooms using the map in your folder or the online version. OWU students and staff will be stationed along the way, to answer questions and assist you with directions. Need help accessing your class schedule? Stop by Express Advising in the Slocum Hall, Reading Room.
Express Advising: Have questions about your fall schedule or thinking about making a change? Meet one-on-one with a Faculty Registration Guide for an express advising appointment. They'll help you review your schedule, discuss your options, and make sure you're ready for a successful start to the semester. Slocum Hall, Reading Room
