Inclement Weather Alert
Ohio Wesleyan will be closed Monday, Jan. 26. Essential personnel – Facilities, Dining Services, and Public Safety – should report if possible.
Faculty may choose to hold classes remotely, so students should watch for communication from their faculty about class meetings, assignments, deadlines, and other issues. Be careful when walking on sidewalks and steps, as slick spots are possible.
Food service: Student food service will be in Smith Dining Hall during the following hours. All other venues will be closed.
Breakfast/lunch: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Made-to-Order: 2-5 p.m.
Dinner: 5-9 p.m.
Study spaces: Hobson Library will be closed, along with other campus offices, on Monday, but the Slocum Reading Room will be available via ID card access for study space and printer access.
Weather damage: Frigid temperatures remain in the National Weather Service forecast, and your help is requested to keep the campus safe and operational by closing exterior doors and windows, and by reporting any water leaks, frozen pipes, or other issues as quickly as possible.
Assistance: Call Public Safety at 740-368-2222 for weather-related building issues and other non-emergency assistance; always call 911 for emergencies requiring an urgent police or fire response.
