The Division of Finance and Administration serves the campus community through the maintenance of facilities and campus grounds, oversight of construction projects, management of university finances and purchasing, and support for the needs of university employees.

Division Leadership

Robert J. Zielinski, CPA, is Ohio Wesleyan's Interim Vice President of Finance & Administration, with over 30 years of experience in public accounting and industry, specializing in not-for-profit organizations, including higher education, human services, charter schools and cultural institutions.

As a leader in the Education Industry group at Withum, Robert works closely with FuturEd Finance to provide outsourced CFO and Controller services to institutions of higher education, with extensive experience in financial oversight, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, grant administration, and developing and improving processes and procedures.
