Happy Holidays!
The University is closed for the Holiday/Winter break from December 21st through January 3rd.  Campus Offices will open and resume normal business hours on January 4th, 2023.

TIAA Contribution Limit 2023 - $22,500 

ADP OWU Pay and Benefits Portal—Employees can do just about anything related to pay and benefits through this portal. If you’ve never registered, or are a new hire, take advantage of the User Registration Guide. The ADP Portal works best with recent versions of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Safari.

Flexible Spending Funds—Participants must use funds for dates of service between July 1 and June 30 annually. Flex Spending Medical Participants can carry over up to $500 in Flexible Spending funds if plan participant enrolls in the program again the following benefit year. 

Student Employment—Our Student Employment page includes information about OWU employment opportunities, give student employees access to employment forms and resources, and allow them to complete online time entry.

Tuition Benefit Programs—Three tuition benefit programs are available to qualified dependents of eligible faculty / staff members: OWU Tuition Benefit, Great Lakes Colleges Association Tuition Remission Exchange, and Tuition Exchange Inc. Email Human Resources with program questions.

Background Check Information

Ohio Wesleyan University will conduct a background check for all new hire faculty and staff positions and certain student positions within the University. Background checks will also be conducted on former employees who return to work in specified occupations at Ohio Wesleyan University if the duration of the separation exceeds 30 days. Ohio Wesleyan University complies with the Fair Credit Reporting Act, which regulates the use of information gathered by consumer reporting agencies and which may determine an individual’s eligibility for employment.
