Student Work-Study Program

The Work-Study Program at Ohio Wesleyan provides a balanced relationship between academia and employment. As a student-employee, you'll be able to focus on your academic goals while earning money to supplement your financial aid award.

Gain Valuable Work Experience

Each academic year, OWU has approximately 600 on-campus positions that provide employment to students. You can work in academic departments or administrative offices, performing everything from  clerical activities to research assistance. Through your work here, you'll enhance the quality of campus life and help conserve institutional resources. At the same time, you'll build an employment history.

Make Connections at the Job Fair

If you're interested in a work-study position, you'll want to attend OWU's annual Student Job Fair. The job fair will be held on Thursday, August 27, 2026 and Tuesday, September 8, 2026 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. in Hamilton-Williams Campus Center's Atrium. Attending this event will allow you to meet with potential campus employers and fill out the necessary paperwork for employment.

Remote work is not available for students.
