Beginning on or about May 27, 2026, Ohio Wesleyan University is adding online enhancements to the retirement program that are designed to provide you with more flexibility when contributing to your retirement account.
To make the system changes, there will be a brief quiet period from May 18 through May 26, 2026. During this time, you won't be able to make changes to your contributions or enroll in the program. However, you'll be able to access your account at tiaa.org/owu to request fund transfers and investment changes, check your balance, update your beneficiary information and review investment performance. After the quiet period, the following online enhancements will be available:

To schedule a appointment:
· Employees can visit www.tiaa.org/schedulenow
· Click on the SCHEDULE button for options.
· Employees will be prompted to login using their TIAA credentials or create a guest login if they are not currently a participant.
· Please select Ohio Wesleyan University as their institution which will then direct them to any open virtual meetings that are available for OWU employees.
· From there, select a date/time and confirm the meeting.
