Bradford Milligan Hall

Bradford Milligan Hall is Ohio Wesleyan University’s new apartment-style residential community, and it’s home to 124 senior students.

The building is staffed by one professional Residential Life Coordinator (RLC) and two student Resident Assistants (RAs).

Apartments

There are four different apartment layouts available in Bradford Milligan Hall. Every apartment includes a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven/stove, microwave, and sink. Living rooms provide students an opportunity to socialize with their roommates and include a couch, chairs, and a television stand (TV not provided). A four-person table and chairs is also provided in each apartment, and four counter-top height chairs are provided in the 6- and 8-person apartments.  

Semi-private bathroom(s) are shared within an apartment. Bathrooms include a private shower and commode, and a vanity area with a sink(s) and mirror.

Bedrooms

Single bedrooms are approximately 10' 7" x 8' 6" in size, and two-person bedrooms are approximately 10' 7" x 15' in size. Each student gets an XL twin bed, a desk and chair, a dresser with two drawers, and a built-in closet (3' 7" wide).  Furniture within the room can be moved easily and rearranged by students as they like.  

Common Space Amenities

• Academic – There is a seminar room for group study located on the first floor and small study nooks located throughout the hallways of the building.  
• Laundry Facilities – The laundry room, located on the second floor, has five washers and five dryers. These machines are available at no additional cost to the student.
• Recreational – There are lounges on the 2nd and 3rd floor for students to use to study, watch TV, and socialize with friends.
• A Public Bathroom is located on the first floor.
• The Convenience Store is located on the first floor.
• Miscellaneous - An elevator is available for everyday use. Students can check out a vacuum cleaner, games, and other supplies from the Smith Hall front desk.
• Patios - Small outdoor patios on the first floor will allow students to sit outside to study or talk with friends.

Legacy

Bradford Milligan Hall is named in recognition of 1983 graduates Kathryn Bradford Milligan and John F. Milligan, and the generations of Bradford and Milligan family legacies at Ohio Wesleyan.
