Daren T. Lehman serves as the Senior Director of Facilities Services at Ohio Wesleyan University, where he leads the strategic and daily operations of the campus infrastructure. With oversight of over 1.4 million square feet of space—including classrooms, labs, athletics, residence halls, dining facilities, and administrative buildings—Daren ensures that the university environment remains safe, functional, and conducive to learning.
Daren manages a broad portfolio of responsibilities, including maintenance, housekeeping, groundskeeping, print services, campus mail, and central receiving. His team is at the forefront of both major campus renovations and critical day-to-day operations, providing expert oversight in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building trades. By prioritizing proactive maintenance and long-term planning, Daren works to minimize operational disruptions and maintain the highest standards for the campus community.
With a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University and 24 years of experience in facilities management, Daren brings a career-long emphasis on customer service to his role. He views his department as a vital partner in the educational mission of Ohio Wesleyan. Under his leadership, Facilities Services is defined by a solution-oriented, service-first culture.
