Submit a Print Job

Print requests can be submitted via email to printservices@owu.edu, or brought to Print Services in person via a flash drive or your original hard-copy documents.

If emailing a job, please include detailed printing instructions, contact information, and the requested time when you need your materials completed. We accept most common software types but prefer to receive files saved as PDFs in your desired completed size.

Note: Please do not send files as JPG or PNG files.

Please include the following information with all submissions:

• Account #
• Department
• Date needed
• Pick up or delivery
• Quantity
• Color or B&W printing
• 1-sided or 2-sided
• Color of paper to be used
• Type of finishing – staple, cut, fold, tape or coil binding, 3-hole punch, laminate, padding
• Any other special instructions

By submitting a request, you are indicating that you are aware of, and have followed, the University's policy regarding copyrighted materials.
