Outside guests and OWU employees scheduling personal events
If the information in your request is complete and the space is available, you will receive a confirmation via email from the Campus Reservations Coordinator.
If the information in your request is incomplete or the space you requested is not available, you will be contacted for additional information to complete your request.
Please allow a minimum of three working days for your request to be processed.

Hamilton-Williams Campus Center table reservations: Visit the Student Involvement Office (Hamilton-Williams Campus Center Room 143) Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. during the academic year to reserve a table for your campus department, club, or organization. Make your reservation on the clipboard located to your right (hanging on the wall) as you enter the office.
