Catering Orders

AVI Catering Orders

It is recommended that you place your order at least 2-4 weeks in advance.

1. Email bishopcatering@owu.edu and include the following information:
   1. Event Date and Time
   2. Event Location. It is recommended that you reserve your space on campus prior to requesting catering needs. 
   3. Sponsoring Club or Organization and Account Number. If you are unsure of your account number please contact your organization's treasurer or the Student Involvement Purchasing Coordinator at siospc@owu.edu. 
   4. Number of Guests.  Also, include known food allergies or dietary restrictions for your guests. 
   5. Theme, Menu Requests or Questions. 

The catering staff will reply and assist you with coordinating the details for your event.
