Dr. Danielle Distelhorst is an organizational learning leader who specializes in designing learning systems that drive workforce performance, leadership capability, and employee success. With over a decade of experience across K–12 education, instructional design, leadership development, and workforce development, she has led high-impact professional learning initiatives and supported diverse learners in complex environments.

Dr. Distelhorst earned her Doctor of Education (EdD) from Vanderbilt University, where her capstone research—conducted in partnership with the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA)—examined workforce development in safety-critical industries with a focus on learner readiness, assessment, differentiated instruction, and learning transfer. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from Ohio Wesleyan University. Her expertise and primary focus lie at the intersection of learning and development, organizational effectiveness, executive education, and leadership development.
