HR News in Brief
Open Enrollment for benefit eligible employees is April 23 through May 18, 2018.
The changes to our health care plans are significant this year, with the introduction of a high-deductible plan (HDHP) and Health Savings Account (HSA), and we encourage everyone to attend one of our open enrollment sessions. Our employee benefits broker and consultant, McGohan Brabender, will be here to discuss all open enrollment details on the following dates:

TIAA—Schedule your individual counseling session today. Appointments are available in 2018 on the following dates: January 11, February 15, March 22, April 11, May 15 and June 21.

ADP OWU Pay and Benefits Portal—Employees can do just about anything related to pay and benefits through this portal. If you’ve never registered, or are a new hire, take advantage of the User Registration Guide. The ADP Portal works best with recent versions of Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Safari.
Flexible Spending Funds—Participants must use funds for dates of service between July 1 and June 30 annually. Participants can carry over up to $500 in Flexible Spending funds if they enroll in the program again the following benefit year.
Student Employment—Our Student Employment page includes information about OWU employment opportunities, give student employees access to employment forms and resources, and allow them to complete online time entry.
Tuition Benefit Programs—Three tuition benefit programs are available to qualified dependents of eligible faculty / staff members: OWU Tuition Benefit, Great Lakes Colleges Association Tuition Remission Exchange, and Tuition Exchange Inc.
