OWU community members (current students, faculty, and staff) scheduling OWU events (not personal events)

  1. Go to schedule.owu.edu.
  2. Log in with your OWU username and password.
  3. When requesting an event:
    • Select the “Event Request - Faculty/Staff/Students” form for OWU events.
    • Note: Athletic spaces, both indoor and outdoor locations, must be reserved separately through Dustin Rudegeair (740-368-3792, dsrudege@owu.edu)

Outside guests and OWU employees scheduling personal events

  • Please contact Dawn Wright (740-368-3186, reserve@owu.edu) directly. She will be able to assist you with space availability, charges, and other questions regarding reserving campus space.

If the information in your request is complete and the space is available,  you will receive a confirmation via email from the Calendar Coordinator.

If the information in your request is incomplete or the space you requested is not available,  you will be contacted for additional information to complete your request.

Please allow a minimum of three working days for your request to be processed.

Hamilton-Williams Campus Center table reservations: Visit the Student Involvement Office (Hamilton-Williams Campus Center #143) Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. during the academic year to reserve a table for your campus department, club, or organization. Make your reservation on the clipboard located to your right (hanging on the wall) as you enter the office.
