Towed Vehicles

Ohio Wesleyan University partners with OhioTow LLC to provide towing services on campus.

If your vehicle is removed from campus, you are responsible for any Ohio Wesleyan tickets/citations related to the parking violation and any fees charged by OhioTow.

To recover your vehicle, call OhioTow at 740-990-1257 and make arrangements to retrieve your vehicle at the impound lot located at 320 London Road, Suite 501B, Delaware, Ohio 43015. The office and impound lot are located at the back of the property.

All towing and impound fees are regulated by the Delaware City Municipal Code. Ohio Wesleyan does not receive any revenue from towing or impound fees.

OhioTow is also able to provide additional discounted services to OWU students and employees that you may find beneficial.

• 10% discount on all repairs and a free tow (with completed repairs) by OhioTow to the Lewis Center Tuffy Auto Service location, 210 Hornbeam Lane, Lewis Center, Ohio 43035.

• Vehicle lockout services: $50
  • Lockout waiver form
• Tire service: $50
• In-town towing: $70 + tax
• Out-of-town towing: $70 hook, $4 per mile, + tax
• Fuel delivery*: $50 + price of fuel per gallon
• Jump starts*: $50 

*Public Safety may be able to assist you with fuel delivery and jump starts for free, if the requested service is on campus. Call 740-368-2222 to see whether an officer is available to assist.
