Parent Responsibilities

• Please complete the Parent Confirmation Form by October 13, 2025 to confirm your child's participation and provide additional information:
  • Media Release
  • Emergency Medical Needs
  • Dietary Restrictions
• A $55 festival fee per student is due by October 13 and can be paid online or mailed by check.

The festival fee is $55. Payments for one student or multiple students can be paid via online portal:

When paying online, please write in the name of the student(s) your payment is for and indicate which ensemble they're participating in.
