Parent Responsibilities

• Please complete the Parent Confirmation Form by October 12, 2026 to confirm your child's participation and provide additional information:
  • Media Release
  • Emergency Medical Needs
  • Dietary Restrictions
• A $55 festival fee per student is due by October 12 and can be paid online or mailed by check. Some schools choose to sponsor their students, please communicate with your child's teacher before submitting paying to avoid double payments. If payment and parent confirmation is not submitted by the above deadline, your child may become ineligible to participate.

The festival fee is $55. Payments for one student or multiple students can be paid via online portal:

When paying online, please write in the name of the student(s) your payment is for and indicate which ensemble they're participating in.
