Only OWU's instance of Gemini was used, allowing for the data protections listed in the FAQ. Gemini was used as a starting point for the working document. The initial prompt used 11 pre-vetted external AI policy or guidance statements as well as OWU's AI Guidance document. The prompt is included below for transparency.
