Federal Perkins Loan Information

Perkins Loans, guaranteed by the federal government, are awarded by Ohio Wesleyan University. We use Educational Computer Systems Inc. (ECSI) to service these loans.

Borrowers may access their Perkins account via ECSI's website or via telephone at 1-888-549-3274. The account number is the borrowers social security number.

Perkins Loans are eligible for deferment, cancellation, forbearance and other benefits. These request forms can be found on the ECSI website.

Payments may be made via mail, online or by phone.  Payment option information can be found here.
