Get Started on Penji

Once you have downloaded Penji or visited the website, view the sign-up instructions below:

Getting Started

1. Open the Penji app or website and click “Sign Up”
2. Enter your full OWU email address and click “Next”
3. Enter your OWU username and password and click “Login”
4. Select “Learn”

Navigating Penji

1. To switch between offices/services, click the three horizontal lines in the top left corner of the screen
2. To make an appointment for any of the centers, select "Schedule an appointment"
3. To view walk-in hours for Departmental Tutoring, the Writing Center, and the Quantitative Skills Center, select "view walk-in tutoring availability".
   1. Select your course and location, then click "Check in now" once you have arrived
