General office supplies are to be purchased through the University's contracted vendor, FriendsOffice. Click here to login to the Bishopbuy system to browse the online catalog. A small supply of basic office supply needs are also kept on-hand in the Duplicating Department for last-minute needs. FriendsOffice offers next day desk top delivery providing the order is approved by 3:00 p.m. the prior work day. Non-general office supplies (printers, scanners, software, break-room supplies) may be purchased from other non-office supply vendors. Please proceed to the Bishopbuy system other purchase options.

All online ordering must be done on the Bishopbuy website. All employees can login with their BishopApp username and password.

Photocopy paper is restricted for purchase. Please contact the Duplicating Department to request paper.

All toner and ink cartridges ordered should be filled with a recycled/re-manufactured replacement whenever possible to meet the University commitment to sustainability.

Core items have been selected at a significant savings to the University.

Personal reimbursements for purchases of office supplies are not permitted to be charged to the University. Contact Friends to order supplies for personal use. They will take personal credit cards for payment of personal items.
