Division Chairs support the day-to-day strength of Academic Affairs by advocating for their departments and programs, coordinating long-term resource planning, and encouraging collaboration across departments and programs. This work helps departments and programs run smoothly, which in turn supports student enrollment, retention, and a positive overall student experience.
