Student-Made OWU gives Ohio Wesleyan students the tools, platform, and community to turn ideas into businesses.
Whether you already have a side hustle, create products, offer a service, or simply have an idea, Student-Made gives you the opportunity to develop it, promote it, and connect with customers and other student-creators.
Student-Made is a national program that helps college students create, market, and sell their products and services.
Student-Made OWU provides:
"If you have a business idea, join."
— Luis Cañas Jr. '28
You don't have to already have a business to participate.
A recent Student-Made OWU feasibility study found interest from students representing 22 different majors. Of the students interested in selling products or services, 63.6% have an idea they want to develop, while 36.4% already have something they want to sell.
Student ideas range from art and handmade products to training programs, technology, and other services.
Your idea could be next.
Student-Made OWU is led by Ohio Wesleyan students and supported by The Woltemade Center for Economics, Business and Entrepreneurship.

"Community matters as much as the business idea itself."
— Nassos Papasarafianos '29, Student-Made OWU Campus Manager
Have a business? Have an idea? Want to learn?
Student-Made OWU is for you.
