Hi, my name is Bilal Ahmad, and I am a rising junior at Ohio Wesleyan University. I am an Accounting and Finance double major with a potential minor in Politics and Government. Maintaining a 4.0 GPA, I am actively involved on campus as part of the Accounting and Finance Fellows Program and the Investment Club. Additionally, I serve as a WCSA Budget Senator and work as an Accounting Tutor at the Sagan ARC. I am driven by a long-term goal of obtaining my CPA and CFA certifications, and I look forward to being a part of this program.

On campus, I'm a Resident Assistant and a Global Scholars Intern, helping plan events that inspire others to study abroad. I'm also involved in Women in Entrepreneurship and love staying active across campus. My name is Lela Funk, and I am from Ashland, Ohio. I am currently studying Economics with a minor in Entrepreneurship. I am also a WEB Fellow here at Ohio Wesleyan, and I cannot wait to see how the experiences that come with being a Corn Scholar will complement my studies.

My name is Alexandra Greer, and I am a Finance and Chemistry double major. I am a member of the track team and also serve as a sports photographer. This summer, I will be interning at Diperna & Co. I am extremely grateful for the opportunity to be a Corns Scholar and am excited to learn, grow, and give back through this program.

My name is Jacqueline Harper, and I am a Finance major from Las Vegas, Nevada, with minors in Business Administration and Exercise Science. On campus, I serve as the Vice President of Finance for Delta Gamma, a Career Ambassador, and a member of the women's lacrosse team. My academic and professional development is further shaped by my involvement in the Accounting and Finance Fellows Program, the Honors Program, the Marketing Club, and the Ohio Wesleyan Athletic Council. Additionally, I work for both the Communications and Public Safety Department at OWU. I have had an incredible experience at OWU during my first two years and am deeply grateful for every opportunity I've been given. I am ecstatic to be named a Corns Scholar and look forward to building new connections and embracing the professional opportunities this program has to offer.

My name is Kaanan Holtzlander, and I am from Lewis Center, Ohio. I am currently pursuing a double major in Finance and Quantitative Economics. At OWU, I am part of the leadership committee for Athletes in Action (AIA) and am now a member of the Corns Scholars program. Hi! My name is Nagomi, and I'm from Japan. I'm majoring in Accounting and Quantitative Economics. On campus, I serve as the Treasurer of Pet Pals. I'm also a student board member for the Woltemade Economics and Business Center, and I work in the accounting office as an accounts payable assistant. I'm excited about the opportunity to become a Corns Business and Entrepreneurial Scholar because it offers a unique way to combine academic learning with hands-on experience. I'm particularly interested in participating in business competitions, networking events, and entrepreneurial programming, and I look forward to expanding my perspective beyond the classroom while learning from others who share similar interests.

Hi, my name is Husain Qazilbash. I am from Lahore, Pakistan. I am double-majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Politics and Government, and minoring in Entrepreneurship. My leadership starts with my commitment to Alpha Sigma Phi, where I serve as the Director of Marketing for our chapter. My most significant experience at OWU so far was competing in Pitch OWU, where my team and I secured third place and a $750 prize in a year that saw a record-breaking number of applicants. I'm heavily involved in the cultural and social fabric of the university, contributing to Horizons, the soccer club, the E-sports team, serving as a senator for WCSA, and performing countless times at events like Culture Fest, Diwali, and Challenge Camp. 

Hi! My name is Kirsten Quinn. I'm from Delaware, Ohio, and I'm studying Quantitative Economics with minors in Finance and Computer Science. On campus, I serve as the Deputy Comptroller of WCSA, a student member of the Economics and Business Student Board, and on the Dean's Council. In 2026-2027, I will also be serving as the Vice President of Investment Club and as the Vice President of Alumni and Family Relations for Alpha Sigma Phi. Hi, my name is Shane Slack, and I am pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Economics. On campus, I serve as Vice President of the Human Resources Club and am an actively involved member of the Melvin Van Peebles Committee and the Woltemade Student Board. I am also a Woltemade Economics and Business Fellow, a Westwood Real Estate and Community Development Fellow, and a member of the Honors Program. I am especially interested in sales, real estate, and leadership, and plan to pursue a career in real estate following graduation.
